1. We cooperate with outstanding business partners and always strive to discover new business partners who have the capacity to grow together with us.
2. We register the business partners only after we review and evaluate the materials related to the registration of business partners and deem that the partners are suitable for our company.
Therefore, you may not be able to register as our business partner if you fail to satisfy our registration criteria.
3. Registration in our business partner pool does not mean that transactions will take place immediately; however, the registered business partners will be given the opportunities to participate in the selection of business partners.

Registration Cancellation

1. We may cancel the registration of the business partner when

· the registered details are false, omitted, or misentered,
· we deem that the registration of the business partner is not suitable for our business,
· the business partner fails to fulfill the contract or does not deliver the items after registering as the business partner,
· the information registered by the business partner fails to satisfy the evaluation criteria of our company, or
· the partner uses the registration to disrupt the social order or in the crime
